Carrie Lassiter is an award-winning hotel operator and accomplished asset management executive in hotel real estate providing asset management services to owners of hotels across North America.  In her career, Carrie has led asset management efforts and added value for owners across all hotel asset classes, from major convention hotels to iconic ultra-luxury hotels in Mexico, and even select service properties throughout top 50 MSAs in the US, Carrie has consistently increased value—or preserved value during recessions—for owners in all asset classes and market types. Her results-driven and immersive asset management approach has created hundreds of millions of dollars in value for owners in her career. Currently, Carrie is principal of a boutique owner-focused asset management firm, Eastridge Hospitality, LLC.

Prior to embarking on her own venture, Carrie was a principal for a lodging group where her hotel management experience and her work to establish the company's management subsidiary enabled the firm to control day-to-day operations of wholly owned assets, thereby avoiding onerous third-party management costs and ensuring an owner-focused approach to hotel management.  Previously she was Hilton Worldwide’s Vice President Real Estate & Asset Management where she was responsible for a $5 billion real estate portfolio, which included some of the highest valued real estate owned by Hilton and more than 15,600 guest rooms.Carrie created $175 million in enterprise value in under 4 years and created and administered annual capital reinvestment plans totaling $100 million.  Her markets included Hawaii, San Francisco, Seattle and New Orleans among others.

Carrie was aggressively recruited by a private equity firm. During this time of rapid growth and shortly after her arrival she was entrusted with some of the highest valued real estate in the company's portfolio and maintained a portfolio valued at nearly $1 billion, a size nearly 2x that of her peers. She worked diligently and closely with third party management companies to consistently grow market share and improve profit margins, including market share growth and margin preservation during the recession of 2008. Her geographic regions included New York City, Los Angeles, Denver, Austin, Houston and Dallas among others.

Earlier in her career Carrie was an award-winning hotel operator, earning several awards including Highest Profitability and Highest Associate Satisfaction within a large management company and Most Improved RevPAR and Most Improved Guest Satisfaction Scores. She was quickly identified as a turnaround specialist and later entrusted with responsibility for seven hotels in the Washington, DC area, which were some of the highest valued hotels in the company’s portfolio.

Carrie has consistently leveraged her talents in identifying hidden value in hotel real estate through value enhancement projects, market repositioning, revenue generation strategies, operating efficiencies, financial analysis, strategic planning, and talent optimization to enhance value for ownership. Carrie is now founding principal of Eastridge Hospitality, LLC, an owner-centric asset management firm based in North Carolina.
