In addition to ongoing asset management, our services range from pre-acquisition to disposition of assets and include due diligence, brand RFP and selection recommendations, brand and management agreement negotiations, and PIP negotiations among many others. Principal, Carrie Lassiter, has been operating, asset managing and advising hotel owners her entire career, leading asset management efforts of portfolios ranging in value from $350 million to $5 billion. Carrie has a proven track record of adding value for owners through strategic planning for short or long term value enhancement, asset repositioning, revenue generation and optimization strategies, operating efficiencies, and talent optimization.
